Cooking with Herbs at Kingwood Center Gardens

Beat the cold and learn something new for your next gathering! Buehler’s chef, Dane Main will lead a cooking demonstration using rosemary as the featured herb in the following delicious dishes:
• Grilled Brie en Croute (Rosemary, Strawberry Preserves, Toasted Almonds, Chambord Crème)
• Braised Rosemary Chicken (Cranberry, Onion, Garlic, Celery)
• Braised Rosemary Chicken (Cranberry, Onion, Garlic, Celery)
A glass of wine is included with the tastings.
