Wellness Walk at Kingwood Center Gardens

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until February 28, 2024
During this 45-minute class, take in the natural beauty of Kingwood Gardens and breath-in the fresh air. Dress with appropriate footwear as we will trek a 3/4-mile loop, ending with a 10-minute stretch session designed to improve muscle tone, flexibility, and range of motion. After class you will leave feeling refreshed and restored in the mind body and spirit.
Please note: This is a weekly-offered class and not a series. Slots for each class will open up for enrollment the week prior. Please contact Kingwood Center Gardens with any questions at: (419)522-0211. Drop-ins welcome if space available. In partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center. Program runs weekly, Wednesdays at 11 AM.
