Relaxation & Meditation classes at Kingwood Center Gardens

Meditation is a technique to help with mindfulness practice. Drawing on simple breathing and thought exercises, it keeps you grounded in the present and helps you reduce stress. In this class, you’ll use a variety of modalities to aid in mindful meditation and relaxation, such as guided meditation, journaling, singing bowls, breath work, music, percussion instruments, and grounding exercises in nature.
