“Making Scents- the Art and Passion of Fragrance”

Making Scents is an interactive exhibit that blends flora, fashion, and fragrance while offering a unique, innovative experience where visitors will discover the plants and flowers behind some of the world’s iconic perfumes. Showcasing some of nature’s most aromatic botanicals, Making Scents explores the artistry, history, and science of fragrance utilizing STEM teaching methods and offers hands-on demonstrations and intriguing interpretation. Making Scents is produced by The North Carolina Arboretum. Free with admission to Kingwood. Open 10-5 through March 31st. Open 10-7 starting April 1st.
