Flexibility and Flow at Kingwood Center Gardens

Program runs weekly, Tuesdays at 1PM-1:45PM from March 4-May 27, 2025.
Focused on range of motion and ease of movement, this class combines traditional stretching with yoga to increase flexibility and mobility, strengthen the core and improve posture and balance.
