Sound Bath at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary

Join together the serenity of the Ohio Bird Sanctuary with the sounds of singing bowls! You will be guided in a series of transformational breath work while being bathed in waves of sound frequencies created by alchemy crystal singing bowls by your guide Lynn Friebel.
Participants must be at least 12 years of age and able to remain quiet for the duration of the class. Sound Bathing is not indicated or appropriate for people with Epilepsy or for pregnant women. Weather permitting, the class will be held outdoors. An indoor venue is available in the event of rain. Please dress comfortably (layers is helpful) and bring any comfort items you desire (mats, blankets, pillows, water, etc.)
