Senior Social Sunday Art Club

Cost: $0 – Funded by the Social Isolation Grant through Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Age: 60+
The Mansfield Art Center is thrilled to announce a new arts education program for seniors combating social isolation; the Senior Social Sunday Art Club. Thanks to the Area Agency on Aging, the MAC has been granted the opportunity to kick off this incredible initiative. Starting May 21, seniors (age 60+) will be able to join us in the studios the first three Sundays of each month for a chance to connect and create through the power of art. Each class will have a maximum of 15 students per Sunday and seniors will be able to register for free online or by calling 419.756.1700. All participants must be residents of Richland County.
Looking for a fun and creative activity to do May 21? Come join the first Senior Social Sunday Art Club at the Mansfield Art Center! In this class, you’ll get to design and paint your very own birdhouse, giving it a unique and personal touch. Plus, our feathered friends will thank you for providing them with a stylish new home.
