Rock-in the New Year at the Phoenix

Kiss 2021 goodbye and welcome 2022 with a private NYE event at the Phoenix. Doors open at 6:30 pm with dinner service beginning at 7 pm. Dinner will be catered by Gertz Culinary. Live music will begin at 8:30 pm and go until 12:30 am from Charles Geil and his Ghost Band.
Only a limited number of tickets and seating are available. Your private event ticket(s) includes dinner, live music, a Midnight Kiss kit to share, and fun. Champagne for the midnight toast will be served at 11:45 pm. Any additional beverages are not included in the ticket prices.

Dinner Menu Options::

Course 1: Appetizer of Baked Brie, with whole-grain crostini, Ohio Apples, Arugula, and brown butter roasted vegetables.

Course 2: Apple Salad-Lettuces, smoked bleu cheese, candied walnuts, root vegetables, whole-grain croutons, and brown butter dressing

Course 3: Choice of:

Smoked Brisket served with heirloom carrots, whole grains, caramelized onions, and smoked Gouda Butter

or

Shrimp and Pork Belly Risotto: Arborio rice, Black Tiger Shrimp, Crispy Pork Belly Parmesan, Roasted vegetables, Crispy lemon, and Herb Gremolata

or

Smoked Mushroom Lasagna: Smoked Mushroom Ragu layered between pasta sheets, ricotta, and herbs topped with parmesan and smoked mushroom cream.

Course 4: Creme Brulee Cheesecake with strawberries, herbs, and whipped cream
