Join Richland Soil and Water Conservation District in partnership with the Ohio Bird Sanctuary at the Rain Garden & Rain Barrel Workshop! Learn more about rain barrels, rain gardens, their benefits and how they are beneficial. Information on how to purchase a rain barrel through Richland Soil and Water Conservation District will be available. Parking is limited. Please carpool if possible. Enter through the gate with the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District sign and proceed to the Education Building. Free and open to the public.
