March Supper Club at Idea Works w/ Steve Brown

Are you a foodie? Join us for our supper club. Once a month we get together to meet new people and enjoy great food!
Our supper clubs are designed to bring people together, provide guests a different dining experience and give our guests a chance to try new and local foods.
Guests get to enjoy an intimate dinner experience with a casual feel. Gertz Culinary will explain every course while it’s being served to you. This allows our guests to not only engage more with us but with what they’re eating as well.
At our supper club events we not only serve delicious food, but we also provide the chance for guests to enjoy new cocktails and pairings as well. You bring your alcohol of choice; we provide everything else. All the glassware, mixers, ice, and citrus needed to either make your own cocktail or allow us to create a custom cocktail for you.
Steve Brown will be playing live music as guests enjoy the cocktail hour small bites and during the sit down 3 course meal. A talented musician and great guy!
Doors open at 6:15pm. Cocktail hour starts at 6:30pm and dinner will be served at 7:30pm. During cocktail hour we’ll be serving several small bite appetizers and then start serving the first course at 7:30pm

Dinner includes
Cocktail Hour – A Variety of Small Bite Appetizers
1st Course – A Variety of Ohio Cheeses and Cured Meats. Served w/ Accompaniments
2nd Course – Sliced New York Strip Loin – Served w/ Smoked Ohio Cheddar Au Gratin Potatoes, Creamed Ohio Spinach, Heirloom Carrots and Smoked Garlic Jus
3rd Course – Rhubarb Creme Brulee served w/ Fresh Whipped Cream and Blackberry
Guests will also enjoy a thank you gift of Chocolate Covered Strawberries from Chelsea’s Sweet Shop!
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options will be available by notifying us when you purchase your ticket.

Event Flow – Doors open at 6:15pm. Cocktail hour and music from Steve Brown starts at 6:30pm sharp. Our 1st sit down course will be served at 7:30 pm and the event will end approximately at 9pm
