“Luminous City” Ribbon Cutting & Illumination Event

A photographic mural installation, bridging artistic mediums to beautify and illuminate downtown. Come celebrate the transformation of this downtown lot into a place for public art! This space will host future gatherings and pop-up arts and culture events. Food and Beverages will be provided, co-hosted by Mankind Murals Inc -&- 3rd Cup Tea.
