Loofah Soaps Class
June 9 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Loofah sponges exfoliate your skin and will leave your skin feeling fresh and clean when combined with your own natural homemade soaps. Ginger Stoops will teach you how to make your own cold-processed soap using an easy recipe that uses simple ingredients. These soap bars have a wonderful, clean feel and excellent lather, and you can include a loofah slice in each one.
You will make the soaps in class and can then pick them up in a few days after they are ready to unmold. You can choose from a selection of natural essential oils, natural colorants, and additions to make your bars unique. All materials and equipment are provided.
This class is for adults only due to working with lye, which can cause severe burns if not handled properly. Please wear clothing that is appropriate for messy projects and closed-toed shoes.
