Kirkin’ O the Tartan

FreeOn Sunday October 31st, we will be having a “Kirkin’ O’ the Tartan”. This is a traditional Scottish Presbyterian styled worship service celebration our Reformation heritage (Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the church doors on 10/31/1517 in Wittenburg, Germany), family (the Scottish “Clan” structure was a type of feudal system built around familial relationships both natural and adoptive; so this is a celebration of our immediate family as well as of our church family)
During the worship service we will be featuring the College of Wooster Pipe and Drums for a special time of music, afterwards we will be having a “Shortbread Social” featuring several different kinds and styles of the dessert.
