Excited to announce Mansfield’s biggest music & tattoo festival – INKcarceration 2018, happening at The Historic Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio on July 13, 14 and 15th 2018. Inkcarceration will feature 2 stages with 30+ bands and 70+ tattoo artists. It will be the Rock Festival of the summer with a lineup unlike any other! Performances start at 3:00pm. Event open from noon to 11:00pm.
