Your ticket includes a 45 minute POUND® Class & 1 ticket to use after class for a craft beer or non-alcoholic drink of your choice.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in and to find your spot on the floor. —–With the purchase of this ticket, you the participant acknowledge and agree that you understand participating in any fitness activity may result in accident or injury. By purchasing this ticket, you the participant assumes all risk connected in participation in any fitness activity and are in good health and suffer from no physical impairment/issue. You acknowledge that McManes Personal Training & The Phoenix, as well as all volunteers and staff are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that could occur.
