You must sign up and pay for this class to reserve your space. We will teach students in the order they come to us.
Friday, May 20 starting at 1pm to 6pm (Last guest workshop will be at 5.30 pm)
Saturday, May 21 starting at 10pm to 3pm (Last workshop will be at 2.30 pm)
Age: This event is open to ages 5+. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Make A small succulent bowl with us! We will show you how to make a small plant pot for your succulent plants with drainage holes. Very seldom does one uses a blown glass plant holder but you will have made yours and you will be proud of it!
Observing glass transformation from solid to molten to a beautifully shaped vessel with swirls, and brilliant colors is fascinating to say the least. Now you have an opportunity to learn more about glass blowing and try it yourself.
Each student will start their experience by learning basic hot shop safety, followed by a discussion of the colors and basic shape they hope to achieve in their glass piece.
For your convenience, the hours of operation have been separated into two sections so the waiting time is less for everyone.
Just walk in between the hours mentioned above. First come, first served so you can watch what others are doing, find your inspiration, and create your own masterpiece!
