Mansfield-Richland County has the quiet simplicity of a small town with the event happenings of larger city destinations. If you’re looking for a fun night out on the town, we have countless breweries, wineries, and wine bars along our Wine & Ale Trail that feature live music, game nights, “taproom trivia,” and more. Outdoor Events Around Mansfield-Richland County

If you love the outdoors, look no further. Mansfield has a vast array of opportunities to explore the outdoors from self-guided hiking to educational experiences. Historic Ohio State Reformatory

The Historic Ohio State Reformatory is a staple of Mansfield featuring countless different events for different interests. Whether you’re a Shawshank Redemption fan looking to explore the 15 filming locations, a history buff interested in the happenings of the prison during its lifetime, or a lover of the paranormal looking to hunt ghosts in the cover of nightfall … the Ohio State Reformatory has something for everyone. It’s even the home of the famed summer 3-day tattoo and music festival, Inkcarceration.
