Empowered and Worth Defending Self Defense Class at North Lake Park

Mansfield City Parks Department is partnering with Sacred Healing Spaces LLC to offer an Empowered and Worth Defending Self Defense Class for GIRLS ages 12-17. The class will be led by trauma-informed instructors and are also rooted in social-emotional (SEL) principles.
This class is FREE and open to the first 20 girls who register by calling the Parks Dept. office at 419-522-9801.
