Color Fun 1 mile Walk & 5K Fun Run

In honor of Foster Care Appreciation Month, on May 17th Fostering Family Ministries is hosting a Color Fun 1 mile Walk & 5K Fun Run at Freer Field 1264 Center Street Ashland, OH 44805.

8:30am check in for all | 9:30am start for Run and Walk

Your white shirt will best show off the colorful powder thrown from the color stations along the route. Strollers & wheelchairs are welcome. As we celebrate children and families in foster care, we will be raising donations to support the work of Fostering Family Ministries to serve vulnerable children and families. A generous donor has provided a matching challenge up to $35,000. Help us meet this goal and double every dollar!

Over the past 9 years we have seen an incredible increase in the number of supported foster families who have helped the community keep pace with the needs of children in foster care. Churches & communities are stepping up to provide support to foster and kinship families. Our partnerships reach Ashland, Richland, Knox, Medina, Huron, Wayne, and more counties allowing us to support children in your community.
