Civil War Living History at South Park

The Civil War comes to life at South Park!
Visitors can meet authentically clad and equipped military and civilian reenactors who will discuss the everyday lives of Civil War soldiers and the roles civilians played in supporting them.
Come see reenactors, feel the thunder of artillery, witness first hand Civil War medicine, talks from civilians in 1860’s and take a stroll through the military camps.
June 8th & June 9th, 2024
The hours are 10am -4pm.
To Re-enactors: There is no registration fee to attend, and programming is provided for all ages. Civil War Reenactors are invited to participate at the very 1st American Civil War Heritage Days at South Park, Mansfield, OH!
We are looking for 1st- person historical presentations and displays. You can set up on Friday. Firewood will be provided. Food truck will be on-site for both days.
