Charcuterie 101 with Char-Bougie at the Phoenix

Join us on Monday, April 17th from 6:00-7:30 for Charcuterie 101 hosted by Char-Bougie!
Char-Bougie creates the area’s most creative and delicious charcuterie boards and now you can learn to make your own!
Cost is $50/per person and includes:
– Step-by-step guidance in creating your own charcuterie board led by Mrs. Char-Bougie
-9×9 Palm Leaf Disposable Board
-Assorted cheeses
-Charcuterie meats
-Fruits/Garnishes

Doors open at 5:30 pm. class begins at 6:30 pm. Alcohol not included, but feel free to stop by the bar before class to select your favorite beverage.
Please email charbougie@yahoo.com to reserve your seat before April 12th. Class spots are limited to 24. Must have 10 participants to hold the class. Class must be paid for in advance at the time you reserve your seat and is non-refundable.
