Bellville Trick or Treat and Parade

The Bellville Halloween Parade is organized by the Jefferson Twp/Bellville Fire Dept. which starts at 7:00 with no preregistration. Everyone simply line up on Bell St. Trick or Treat schedule is always weather permitting
