Basketball Youth Park League

Welcome to the Mansfield Parks Youth Basketball League! This exciting new league promotes healthy living and encourages our youth to get outside and play. Join us for a season of fun, fitness, and friendship as we hit the courts at three beautiful parks in Mansfield, Ohio: Johns Park, Liberty Park, and John Todd Park.

League Details:

Who Can Join: Boys and girls ages 11-17

Season Duration: July 24 – August 14

Game Days: Wednesdays

Time: 6-8 PM

Locations: Liberty Park, Johns Park, John Todd Park – Mansfield OH

What to Expect:

Fun and Competitive Play: Our league is designed to be fun and competitive, providing a great opportunity for kids to improve their basketball skills and enjoy the game.

Healthy Living: Our league emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle. We encourage physical activity and teach kids the benefits of regular exercise.

Outdoor Activity: Enjoy the great outdoors and get fresh air while playing at some of Mansfield’s parks.

Teamwork and Sportsmanship: Learn valuable life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship beyond the basketball court.

Registration Fee: $35 per child (includes team jersey)

Coaches: All teams will be led by experienced coaches dedicated to helping kids learn and grow.

Health Workshops: Throughout the season, we will host practices to educate our young athletes on the importance of a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle and hone their basketball skills. 

Community Engagement: Parents and families are encouraged to come out and support their kids, fostering a strong sense of community and togetherness.
