Member Spotlight: Old Summer House Bed & Breakfast

Old Summer House Bed & Breakfast is an 1800’s Northern Early American Home passed down through the Culler family for seven generations. Located in the Gateway to the Mohican area, Johnny Appleseed Amphitheater, and Amish Country, this bed & breakfast is the perfect place to spend the night or even the weekend. After being replaced by a larger Victorian home in 1900, the Culler family used this home as a summerhouse where they prepared their meals during the summer months. Now, the Old Summer House has been restored and decorated to resemble its original 1800’s interior featuring its restored red oak floors, antiques, lighting, hardware, and original interior doors. Have your choice between two luxurious suites, Enoch’s Room or Sarah Jane’s Suite, or reserve the entire house as your own. During your stay, you will be served a full country breakfast, an assortment of homemade jellies, and seasonal homemade desserts. Whether you’re looking for a weekend retreat, a romantic getaway, or a chance to immerse yourself in history, the beautiful countryside and relaxing atmosphere of Old Summer House Bed & Breakfast is awaiting you.
