Ohio’s Winter Fun Destination for Skiing, Snowboarding, and Snow Tubing, including the wildly popular Glow Tubing! As the only family owned and operated Winter Resort in Ohio, Snow Trails has been offering unique outdoor recreation experiences for families and friends since 1961.
Enjoy fun this Winter, Skiing, Snowboarding, and Snow Tubing at Snow Trails! Easy to get to just 1.5 miles off I-71 near Mansfield. We offer broad evergreen lined slopes, covered in pristine snow conditions thanks to major investments in snowmaking and snow grooming equipment, to make all the snow needed to blanket the Resort December into March. Our spacious Rental Center with self-service boots, plus skis and snowboards set by our certified technicians, will get you to the fun quickly.
Join one of our friendly Snow Sports Instructors for learning made easy when you step-out of the Rental Center and into the most user friendly Beginner’s Area complete with two Surface Conveyor Carpet Lifts and a slow-moving Beginner’s Double Chairlift. Lessons are available for all ages and ability levels, plus “Let’s Get Started” Beginners Skiing or Snowboarding Packages are discounted to get you on the snow for your first-time. Not to worry, with gradual grade slopes to keep you in control and having a fun day!
Enjoy beginner to advanced Slopes, Glade Skiing Areas, and Terrain Parks, then relax as you take one of our six Chairlifts back uphill. We even offer Rope Tows in two of our Terrain Parks for your laps and continuous progression!
Our Resort is 100% lighted for night skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing! Full Service Ski Shop, two Restaurants and Bars in our Ski Lodge slope-side.
Plus, our family friendly Snow Tubing Park, complete with Surface Conveyor Lift, Tubing Lodge and Snack Bar, with colorful animated LED lighting for Glow Tubing is the best kind of outdoor Winter family fun for all ages, with no experience necessary.

Snow Trails typical Winter season runs December into March. Bonus Weekends possible early and late season.
Slopes: Weekends and Peak Days* 9AM- 9PM, Weekdays 10AM- 9PM.
Snow Tubing: Thursday 5PM- 9PM, Friday 5PM- 12AM, Saturday 9AM- 12AM, Sunday 9AM- 9PM. Peak Days* Open at 9AM.
Glow Tubing: after twilight Thursday through Sunday each and every week. Partially Handicapped accessible.
*Peak Days: are Saturdays & Sundays plus… December 20, 2025 thru January 4, 2026 January 16th- 19th February 13th- 16th Christmas Eve: 9AM- 5PM Christmas Day: Closed

Snow Trails Ski Lodge… offers six meeting rooms that can be combined to serve over 450 persons. Fully air-conditioned, Snow Trails offers one of the only facilities of this size in the area with a complete liquor license. The top choice of events that need a fun, exciting location that offers a change of pace from standard banquet halls. Snow Trails also offers all area facility rentals that provide capacity up to 10,000 people! Whether for a small class reunion or a multi-day public festival, Snow Trails has just what you’re looking for.
Snow Trails Valley Lodge… our newest addition is an instant hit! Seating for up to 85 guests the Valley Lodge has been used for shower, graduations, and other party events. It’s probably a bit small for any wedding needs and doesn’t offer bar service at this time. With a great patio overlooking the Competition slope, the character inside and out of the Valley Lodge is ideal for your next event.
Snow Trails Tubing Lodge… perfect for showers, birthday parties and graduations. Simultaneous seating for approximately 50 guests and good for open house events such as graduations for 100+ with space for games, grilling, fire pit and hanging outside on the patio.
