Weekend of Wizardry Cake Decorating Class

It is Shelby’s Weekend of Wizardry!! This cake decorating class we will learn how to ice a cake, learn piping skills and how to use different tips and tricks to create this fun Harry Potter cake! Businesses in Shelby are participating in a Weekend of Wizardry on September 19th and 20th. Check out all the area businesses for their fun Wizardry activities!

Our class will be instructed by Cindy, owner of Cigi Cakes out of Mansfield. Cindy has been baking and decorating cakes for 20 years. It’s been a family business and when her mom retired 10 years ago, Cindy took the lead and has been making custom cakes for all events. Wedding cakes are her favorite to design.
