Wellness Walk and Morning Stretch

Join us for a rejuvenating Wellness Walk and Morning Stretch, where you can enjoy the beauty of Kingwood on a scenic ¾ mile loop followed by a 10-minute stretching session to enhance muscle tone and flexibility. Feel refreshed in mind, body, and spirit. Members can participate for free, while non-members are welcome for $10; Silver Sneakers members can join at no cost with a valid number. Following the walk, don’t miss our Storytime Series at the Peacock Playhouse, featuring a read-aloud of a nature-based picture book with a themed activity for children ages 6 and under. This storytime event is included with admission and requires no registration. Dress appropriately for the weather and come ready to enjoy a day of wellness and fun!
