Wellness Walk

Join us for a refreshing Wellness Walk in partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center every Wednesday at 11 AM. Enjoy a ¾ mile loop through Kingwood’s natural beauty, concluding with a 10-minute stretch session to enhance muscle tone, flexibility, and overall well-being. Also, bring your little ones to our Storytime Series at the Peacock Playhouse, featuring a read-aloud of a nature-themed picture book followed by an engaging activity for children ages 6 and under. Both programs encourage connection with nature and community; the Wellness Walk is free for members, while Storytime is included with admission and requires no registration. Dress for the weather and prepare for a rejuvenating experience for both mind and body!
