Wellness Walk and Morning Stretch

Join us for a morning of wellness and creativity at Kingwood! Start with a refreshing ¾ mile Wellness Walk, appreciating the natural beauty of Kingwood, followed by a rejuvenating 10-minute stretch session to enhance muscle tone and flexibility. Dress appropriately for the weather. Afterward, bring your little ones to our Storytime Series in the Peacock Playhouse, where they can enjoy a read-aloud of a nature-themed picture book along with a related activity, perfect for children ages 6 and under. Admission is included, and no registration is needed. Kingwood Members attend for free, while non-members can join for $10, and Silver Sneakers members can participate at no cost. Feel restored in mind, body, and spirit while creating lasting memories!
