Annual Celebration

America is celebrating 250 years and we’re celebrating 78 years!

Join us for the Annual Celebration at the Ohio Area Agency on Aging District 5, Hawkins Center, located at 2131 Park Avenue West, Mansfield.

11:30 am: Lunch Buffet

Noon: Program with District updates and Cooperator and Volunteer of the Year recipients announced.

Board Supervisor Voting is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The Celebration is open to the public. The cost is $25.00 per person and reservations are requested by September 17 at noon. Reserve your ticket below. A convenience fee will be added to your purchase at checkout.
