We will have adoptable dogs from the Richland County Dog Warden’s Office & Shelter and adoptable cats from Forgotten Felines of Richland County, Ohio Inc. in the lower level party rooms! Families can meet the cats and dogs in a friendly environment and apply for adoption! We will also have cat and dog crafts in the craft room and plenty of play!
