Nursing Master Classes for K-12 Students

Taught by Erin Whitley (RN, BSN, CPN), this 4-week introductory workshop introduces how the profession of nursing encompasses both art and science. Students will participate in interactive activities that will help them understand the importance of emotional intelligence in nursing, as well as having an understanding of basic human anatomy. They will explore nursing technical skills, learn about the many roles of nurses, and understand the requirements for becoming a nurse.
