Film Production Master Classes for K-12 Students

Taught by Dawn Dalton of Grace Light Productions, this 8-week workshop reviews the basics of film including conceptualizing an idea, storyboarding and framing scenes. Students will participate in hands-on, interactive lessons about all of the different roles during film production and how each of those roles are crucial to creating a quality film. A few topics that will be included are filming, editing, director, producer, actor, cinematographer, sound engineer, and special effects.
