A Celebration of German Culture in Mansfield
August 29 – August 31, 2025 | Mansfield Liederkranz
Mansfield Liederkranz is thrilled to host Treffen2025, a vibrant German cultural festival taking place over Labor Day weekend, from August 29 – 31, 2025. This exciting event will bring together cultural and heritage clubs, dance groups, and visitors from across North America for a weekend filled with traditional entertainment, music, food, and community spirit. Members show membership card. Non members $15/day or $25/2 days.
What is Treffen?
Treffen, meaning “meeting” or “gathering” in German, is an annual festival that rotates among different cities and German Clubs each year, celebrating the rich traditions of German heritage. This will be the fifth time Mansfield has hosted Treffen, following the success of Treffen2023, a German dance competition year.
Festival Highlights
Live Entertainment – Experience performances by 17 cultural and dance groups from across the U.S. and Canada.
Traditional German Music & Dance – Enjoy authentic German folk music and dance group performances throughout the weekend.
Authentic German Food & Beverages – Indulge in delicious bratwurst, goulash, schnitzel, pretzels, strudel, and more!
Artisan Vendors & Crafts – Explore handmade German crafts, gifts, and souvenirs.
Traditional Games & Activities – Fun for all ages with classic German games and cultural exhibits.

About Mansfield Liederkranz
Serving the Mansfield community since 1906, Mansfield Liederkranz is a private social, cultural, athletic, and community club dedicated to preserving and celebrating German heritage. We offer German dance groups, language classes, cooking demonstrations, cultural exhibits, a Ladies Auxiliary, social and athletic events, and soccer and golf leagues.
