City-wide Trick-or-Treat

Mansfield City-wide Trick-or-Treat.
Residents wishing to participate in Trick-or-Treat are asked to turn on their porch light between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
We also want to remind everyone that there will be small children out walking during this time and to take extra precautions when driving.
