The program culminates in an interactive performance with both an orchestra and a jazz ensemble\, where students can participate and experience first-hand the magic of musicians playing “in the pocket.” This dynamic\, high-energy performance will help students understand and appreciate the world of swing music and inspire them to explore its rhythms\, sounds\, and cultural significance. \nThis free assembly is part of Carnegie Hall’s Link Up program\, designed to make music come alive for students\, fostering a love for music and encouraging hands-on learning.
