Broga Yoga and Beer Event

Evolve barre yoga pilates and The Phoenix Brewing Co. have planned a Broga Yoga and Beer event at 6 p.m. Friday on the main stage at The Brickyard. This men’s only yoga class will flow through a series of traditional yoga poses with focus on the shoulders, lower back and hips. Each participant will be given a token to be redeemed after class for a pint of beer.
