An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until May 30, 2023
As we age, our balance naturally begins to diminish. Exercise can help us maintain, improve, and even prevent balance loss. Join us as we work to improve posture, increase muscular strength, improve agility and coordination, and increase self-confidence.
