Balance and Beyond at Kingwood Center Gardens

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until February 24, 2026
In partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center
Program runs weekly, Tuesdays at 1 PM
During this 45-minute class, this balance class will address ways of improving balance through improved posture, increased muscular strength, improved agility & coordination, and increased self-confidence. Chairs and modified movements are available for this program
