On Saturday, September 10, 2016 (9am-5pm) The Humane Society of Richland County will host their largest fundraiser of the year – the Strutt Your Mutt Canine Festival. This family and pet friendly festival is action-packed, full of activities for you and your dog, and is held at the Marshall Park in Ontario, OH.
